Hunting pheasant in the Flint Hills of Kansas draws many sportsmen and women to the fields each fall to chase the wily ringneck pheasant, the bobwhite quail and those big Kansas whitetails. But there are many more without access to land here amidst legendary hunting ground. Acorns Wild fills this void, with added amenities at Acorns Resort (20 miles north), providing an opportunity to hunt in a mixture of grass, wooded areas and rolling hills south of I-70 near Junction City, Fort Riley, Manhattan, Chapman and Milford Lake.
