TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Reservations will only be guaranteed after 50% deposit is received and availability is confirmed. Balance is due upon arrival.
There will be no refunds. If you must change your reservation, we will do our best to rebook your stay for a later date. Gift
certificates are also available.
2. You will be liable for any damages or losses incurred during your stay. If you become aware of damages or missing items upon
check in, they must be reported within 30 min by leaving a message at (785) 210-5567. If damages or missing items are noted
after your stay, you will forfeit the above damage deposit and also be responsible for any additional amount, in addition to legal
fees. This also applies to extensive cleaning if required.
3. Housekeeping will not be provided during your stay (unless more than 3 days). If you require cleaning during your stay,
please arrange for additional services prior to arrival (additional fee of $25/day). Prior to check out you will be responsible for a
general sweeping , removal of perishable items, bagging of all trash, running the dishwasher and washing any other dishes that do
not fit in the dishwasher.
4. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels, washcloths, dish towels, dishes, utensils, cups and misc cookware are provided and are not
authorized for use outside the cabin (except for eating on porch). Any item missing or damaged by improper use will be charged
to the Lessee. A "starter" supply of toilet paper, trash bags and dish soap is provided.
5. Total# overnight guests will not exceed 6/cabin (exceptions may be granted for children<2yrs).
6. Guests will not have additional tents outside cabin except with prior approval.
7. No Smoking allowed in cabin at any time. If suspected, damage deposit will be forfeited.
8. Pets allowed upon pre-approval only. Pets must be secured at all times. Additional pet deposit of $15/night required.
9. Quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. Excessive loud noise or other behavior not courteous to other guests will not be
tolerated at any time.
10. No bonfires will be allowed. Use camp fire rings or obtain special permit from Acorns Resort.
11. Park only in authorized parking spaces. Get prior approval for overflow parking.
